I absolutely love the wonderful communities in the Sierra Foothills and being able to help others have the same opportunity to live, work and play in paradise." Auburn California resident since 1988, Leslie has been in the real estate business for a total of 22 years: 8 years in mortgage banking and 14 years with Lyon Real Estate of which the past 10 years as a Realtor®. She has achieved the designation Seniors Real Estate Specialist(SRES®) from the National Association of Realtors. In between her mortgage and real estate careers, Leslie's focus was in geriatrics as the business manager for a skilled nursing facility and as a licensed administrator/owner of a residential care home for the elderly. She was also the co-owner of a local organization providing services to seniors and their families. Leslie, married to her sweetheart Steve for 41 years, has 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. Her interests include travel & camping, scuba diving, hiking, kayaking and learning about other cultures. She is passionate in her love for animals and their welfare & rights, including marine life, and for protecting & preserving the oceans and our planet. On a local level, she supports a number of vital organizations including the non-profit rescue, adoption & no-kill sanctuary Friends Forever a Cat Sanctuary www.FFACS.org.
